101例冠状动脉造影术预防使用抗菌药物调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查和评价医院冠状动脉造影术患者预防应用抗菌药物的情况,以采取有效的管理措施。方法随机抽取医院2010年1-12月101份冠状动脉造影术患者病历,对应用抗菌药物的种类、给药时机、用药时间、切口愈合情况等进行统计分析,并进行合理性评价。结果 101例患者中有高危因素70例,全身使用抗菌药物92例,其中头孢唑林41例、头孢呋辛51例,均为术前30min^2h给药,术前给药1次16例,术前给药1次及术后1次的67例,术后给药48h者9例,头孢唑林单次剂量2.0g 41例,头孢呋辛单次剂量1.5g 5例、2.25g 34例、3.0g 12例。结论冠状动脉造影术选用抗菌药物剂量偏大,医院应多部门合作,加强Ⅰ类手术抗菌药物的管理和干预,促进抗菌药物合理使用。OBJECTIVE To investigate and evaluate the prophylactic use of antibacterials of patients during perioerative period of coronary angiography so as to take effective management measures. METHODS The medical recordsof 101 patients who underwent the coronary angiography from Jan to Dec 2010 were randomly extracted,then thetypes of antibiotics used, time of administration, medication time, and incision healing were statistically analyzedand reasonably evaluated. RESULTS Of the 101 cases of patients, 70 patients were with high risk factors,therewere 92 cases who used systemically, including 41 cases who used cefazolin and 51 cases who used cefuroxime,allof whom used 30min-2 h before the surgery; there were 16 cases who used once before the surgery,67 cases whoused once before and after the surgery, and 9 cases who received drug therapy for 48 hours; there were 41 caseswith single dose of 2g of cefazolin,5 cases with single dose of 1. 5g of cefuroxime, 34 cases with 2. 25g, and 12cases with 3. Og. CONCLUSION There is so high dose of antibiotics being used in the coronary angiography, it isnecessary for the hospital to strengthen the multisectoral cooperation to intervene the use of antibiotics for type Isurgery and to promote the reasonable use of antibiotics.
