摘 要:采用野外调查的方法,结合多维尺度分析(MDS),研究了小鹤立河水库及上游河流春季浮游植物群落结构特征。经鉴定,调查区域内共有浮游植物6门60种,均以硅藻和绿藻为主,其中河流系统以硅藻为主(59.09%);水库系统以绿藻为主(44.74%)。水库浮游植物丰度(4 878.5×104个/L)大于河流丰度(319.4×104个/L),水库生物量(2.67 mg/L)小于河流生物量(2.86 mg/L)。水库浮游植物优势种细小隐球藻(Aphanocapsa elachista)细胞数量多而个体很小。TLI综合营养指数分析表明,小鹤立河流域水质在贫、中营养之间。对浮游植物群落结构的多维(MDS)分析结果显示,水库与其上游河流系统浮游植物群落结构差异显著。An investigation on the phytoplankton was conducted in Xiaoheli River Resesvor and its upstream rivers from 12 sam- ple stations with 60 species belonging to 6 divisions in spring, 2012. Bacillariophyta accounted for most with the ratio of 59.09% in the reservoir, while Chlorophyta accounted for the most with the ratio of 44.74% in the river. Average abun- dance of different sampling sites in reservoir (4 878.5× 104ind/L) is higher than that in the river (319.4 × 104ind/L). Meanwhile, average biomass of different sampling sites in reservoir (2.67 mg/L) is smaller than that in the river (2.86 mg/L). Dominant specie is Aphanocaspsa elachista existing only in the reservoir. By TLI, all sampling stations are Oligo- tropher-Mesotropher. By many-dimensions (MDS) analysis, there are many differences in community structure of phyto- plankton between Xiaoheli river reservoir and its upstream rivers.
