摘　　要：在北京举办的"第七届中国军事法治前沿论坛"研讨会上,来自军内外的专家学者围绕党的十八大提出的新任务、新要求,结合军事法制建设面临的新情况、新问题,对依法治军、军民融合式发展法规建设、军事立法和军事司法制度改革,海洋、太空、网络空间安全,以及对外缔结军事条约等理论与实践的前沿问题进行了比较深入的研究和探讨。On the ＂the 7th China military law forefront Forum＂, Military and civilian scholars had made a in -depth study on many cutting -edge military law issues, which included rule of law, legislation for integrated civilian - military development, military legislation and military justice reformation, maritime, space and cyberspace security. All these discussions were based on new tasks and requirements proposed by 18th CPC National Congress, and paid close attention on the new situations and new problems that Chinese military legal system is facing.
