摘　　要：我国现行户籍制度存在很多问题,改革势在必行,并且要遵守一定的原则。其具体路径也必须符合中国的国情。就业地落户政策是我国目前比较可行的户籍改革制度。但是,该制度的实行,必须有一系列的制度配套运行,还要有新的法律予以规范和确立。China＇s existing household registration system has many problems, reform be imperative, and must abide by certain principles. The path must also comply with the national conditions of china. Employment to settle policy is more feasible reform of the household registration system in our country at present. However, the practice of the system, must have a series of form a complete set of system operation, but also have a new law to regulate and established.
