摘 要:海洋生物污损是海洋微生物和动植物在船体或海洋设施表面吸附生长形成的生物垢,它给海洋航运与开发带来诸多不利影响。例如,海洋生物污损会增加船舶航行阻力、导致金属腐蚀加速、堵塞海水输送管道、降低海洋装备使用寿命、影响水产养殖业等。由于海洋污损生物的多样性和海洋环境的复杂性,海洋防污成为世界性的难题。有机锡类杀生性材料是有效的防污材料,然而该类材料因破坏海洋生态已禁止使用,发展环境友好防污材料已势在必行。本文主要介绍环境友好海洋防污高分子材料的研究进展,特别是降解高分子基防污材料。Marine biofouling arises from the undesirable accumulation of microorganisms, plants and marine animals on submerged surface. It has adverse effects on shipping and other marine associated activities. For example, biofouling can increase the hydrodynamic drag of ships, accelerate the corrosion of a metallic substrate, block the cooling cycle pipe, decrease the service life of marine equipment and affect aquaculture systems. Anti-biofouling is a worldwide problem due to the diversity of fouling organisms and complex marine environments. So far, the most effective approach for anti-biofouling is to use biocidal coatings containing tributyltin (TBT) formulations. However, they are detrimental to non-target organisms and the surrounding environment. It is urgent to develop environment-friendly marine anti-biofouling materials. In this paper, we review the recent progress in design and preparation of polymeric materials for marine anti-biofotaling, particularly the biodegradable polymer based materials.
