摘 要:利用含磷共聚型阻燃剂成功合成了阻燃尼龙66,与普通尼龙66相比:红外光谱测试(FTIR)发现,阻燃剂以共聚的方式引入到尼龙的大分子链当中;热失重测试(TGA)显示,由于阻燃剂的加入,使得阻燃尼龙66在经历第一个热降解阶段(Tmax1为418.59℃)后,需要在更高的温度下(Tmax2为480.56℃)才能继续进行降解;极限氧指数(LOI)测试显示,阻燃尼龙66比普通尼龙66具有更好的阻燃性能,LOI值达到26.7;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了600℃下处理过的阻燃尼龙66样品成炭情况,发现阻燃尼龙66具有很好的成炭性能。The flame-retardant polyamide66 (FR-PA66) was synthesized successfully by reaction of phosphorus- containing flame retardant. Through FTIR, TGA and DTG, SEM, LOI, the structures and properties of these samples were characterized. The FTIR analysis showed that the phosphorus-containing flame retardant was introduced in the PA66' s main chain. The TGA and DTG measurement indicated that the further degradation of FR-PA66 required higher temperature (Tmax2 was about 480.56℃) after through the first degradation stage(Tin,x1 was about 418.59℃)to thermal- degradation. Through LOI and SEM analysis, it was demonstrated that the LOI value of FR-PA66 has been reached 26.7, and FR-PA66 has better char-forming property.
