摘  要:青蒿素是我国独具特色的抗疟药物,一直受到国内外广泛关注。本文简要介绍了溶剂提取法、超临界提取法等分离方法和技术,重点归纳总结了青蒿素分析检测方法,分析了紫外分光光度法、薄层色谱法、气相色谱法等的优势与不足,特别对蒸发光散射检测法、超临界流体色谱法、毛细管电泳法、红外光谱法及电分析法等进行了详细的论述,为准确、简便地实施青蒿素分离、鉴别和定量测试提供有价值的参考。As a unique anti - malarial drug in China, artemisinin has been receiving more and more attention at home and abroad. Extracting and separating methods and technologies, such as solvent extraction and supercritical fluid extraction and so on, were briefly introduced in this review. The analysis methods, such as UV spectrophotome- try, thin layer chromatography (TLC)and gas chromatography (GC)and so on, were mainly summarized and dis- cussed about their advantages and disadvantages. Especially, methods such as evaporating light scattering detection ( ELSD), supereritical fluid chromatography ( SFC ), capillary electrophoresis ( CE ), infrared spectroscopy and elec- tro - analysis were summarized in details. Meanwhile, this review provided a valuable reference for establishing more accurate and simple methods for artemisinin separation, identification and detection.
