摘　　要：目的:采用冰点下降法快速测定门冬氨酸钾注射液的含量。方法:将本品用水稀释6倍后,依法测定。结果:门冬氨酸钾的线性范围为0.01668～0.1668 g·mL-1(r=0.9996),平均回收率(n=9)为100.0%,用15个样品进行外部验证,外部验证平均绝对偏差为0.1%,平均相对偏差为0.1%。结论:该法具有快速、简便、结果准确的特点,可用于门冬氨酸钾注射液的快速检验。Objective：To rapidly determine the content of potassium aspartate injection with freezing point osmome- ter. Methods：The determination was conducted according to the appropriate method after the sample was diluted to 6 times as before by water. Results： The method was linear for potassium aspartate in the range of 0. 01668 - 0. 1668 g . mL-1 （r =0. 9996）,the average recovery（n =9） was 100.0%. A total of 15 samples were externally verified and the mean absolute deviation for external verification was 0. 1% and the mean relative deviation was 0. 1%. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, thus it can be used for rapid detection of potassi- um aspartate injection.
