索氏六须鲶精巢结构及精子发生、形成与排出方式的研究

摘　　要：用光镜和电镜观察研究了索氏六须鲶 (Silurussoldatovi)的精巢结构以及精子发生、形成与排出方式。结果显示 ,索氏六须鲶没有精囊结构 ,精巢发育呈梯度性 ,精子成熟为渐续性 ,排精方式为多次间断性 。The testis structure,spermatogenesis and sperm-excretion way of Silurus soldatovi were observed by photomicroscope and electronic microscope. The results indicate that S.Soldatovi has no seminal vesicle; its testis developes gradually, and the sperm maturation shows gradualness and nonsimultaneousness, so its excretion of sperms appears more than one time during its spawning period.
