摘　　要：从形式和内容上将2013年颁布的新《教育部科技查新工作站查新报告撰写规范》与2009年颁布的老版本进行对比分析,重点研究新版本轻过程重结论、条理清晰、灵活适度及注重时效性等特点,最后指出其存在的问题和相关建议。From the form and content, the paper compares and analizes the new Novelty Search Report Writing Standard for Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Workstation of Ministry of Education with the trial standard which promulgated in 2009, focuses on the characteristics of new standard, including light process heavy conclusion, coherance, appropriate flexibility, timeliness etc, and points out some questions and suggestions in the end.
