摘　　要：以产业关系政策(包括产业结构政策和产业布局政策)、产业运行政策(包括产业技术政策和产业组织政策)及产业发展政策(产业全球化政策)三个维度为基本政策构架,探讨体育产业政策的选择问题;选择体育产业政策指涉具体行业及内容时,则以当下及未来我国体育产业的行业结构优化、产业组织升级和国际竞争力发展为判据,将研究聚焦于"东部省份体育产业行业结构布局的政策"、"我国职业体育发展政策"、"我国公共体育场(馆)运营政策"、"我国健身服务业的产业组织发展政策"和"商业性体育赛事产业的国际化发展政策"五大领域,从各类产业部门的基本问题出发导出政策因素的瓶颈,进而构筑体育产业政策,并提出相对可行的调整建议。Setting industrial relationship policy （including industrial structure and distribution polices）, industrial operation policy （including industrial technology and organization policies） and industrial development policy （industrial globalization policies） as the three basic policy pillars, this research discusses sports industrial policy selection issues~ also, this research takes structure optimization, organizational upgrading and international competition as criteria when referring to specific industries and contents, focuses on sports industrial structure and relation- ship policy in Eastern China, professional sport development policies, public stadium operation policies, chain physical fitness service industry organizational policies and commercial sports e- vents internationalization policies. Based on the basic issues of universal industrial departments, this research analyzes the bottleneck of policy factors and constructs advices for policy adjust- ments. Finally, advices are given for the solution of problems.
