摘　　要：文章利用价值链分析的方法,构建了航运企业的价值链模型。根据对国内外航运企业价值链活动的比较研究,从业务流程再造实现航运企业现代化、建立大规模的现代化船队、加强与港口的合作、进行跨国资本运作四个方面提出我国航运企业的竞争力培育措施。By using the method of value chain analysis, the paper builds a model of value chain for shipping enterprises. According to comparative study of value chain behaviors between domestic and foreign Shipping Companies, this paper comes up with some measures to enhance competitiveness of Shipping Companies in China from four aspects, which are to realize modernization of shipping enterprises by recycling business process, to establish a large-scale modern fleet, to strengthen cooperation with ports and to make transnational capital operation.
