旅游产业融合的动因、路径与主体探析——以深圳华强集团融合发展旅游主题公园为例

摘　　要：产业融合是世界产业经济发展的重要趋势。在全球产业融合的背景下,旅游业也呈现出强劲的融合发展态势。以深圳华强集团融合发展旅游主题公园为例,探讨旅游产业融合机理。在"技术、市场、企业、政府"等合力的"助推一牵引"互动中,旅游产业融合发生与发展。纵向渗透融合与横向重组融合是旅游产业融合主要演进方式,技术与资源是演进中的主要融合路径。旅游企业在主观上追求范围经济和持久竞争力,客观上完成融合,成为旅游产业融合的主体。Industry integration is an important trend of the World＇ s industrial and economic development. In the context of fusion in the global industry, tourism is also showing a strong tendency of integration develop-ment. Taking Fangte high-tech theme park made by Shenzhen Huaqiang Group for an example, the authors research the motivation, path and subject of tourism industry fusion. In the ＇Boost-Traction＇ interaction of such forces as technology, market, enterprises and government, tourism industry integration begin to occur and develop. The tourism industrial integration evolution is divided into vertical integration and horizontal integration. The vertical integration is the penetration and extends among different industries to achieve inte- gration. The horizontal integration is the restructuring integration of the elements within the industry, it oc- curred in different sectors which have close links at the same industry. In the integration evolution of tourism industry, technology and resources is the fusion path. The research of the principle part of tourism industrial integration is still rare. Government or enterprises become a focus of debating among scholars. The paper holds that government is the important promoters; the enterprises are the true principal part of integration in the integration of tourism industry. The enterprises integrate the elements such as technology, resources, capi-tal and markets organically, to create new tourism products, to form a new format.
