摘 要:对磁场和应力场共同作用下的单晶铁磁形状记忆合金的力学特性进行了实验测试与分析,分别获得了单晶Ni2MnGa试样在不同的压应力时、两个不同角度的磁场作用下的磁场-应变曲线。结果表明,当磁场垂直于应力时,磁场方向的磁致应变要远小于应力方向的磁致应变;当磁场平行于应力时,磁场方向的磁致应变要小于垂直于磁场方向的磁致应变,其磁致应变滞后环的面积远小于磁场垂直于应力时的滞后环面积。这为铁磁形状记忆合金在工程中的应用提供一定的指导作用。Experimental test and analysis of mechanical characteristics of single crystal ferromagnetic shape memory alloy was carried out under the combined action of magnetic field and stress field. The magnetic field-strain curves of single crystal Ni2MnGa specimen were obtained under different compressive stress and at two different magnetic field angles, respectively. Results indicate that when magnetic field is perpendicular to stress, the magnetically-induced strain along magnetic field direction is much less than that along stress direction. It also shows that when magnetic field is parallel to stress, the magnetically-induced strain along magnetic field direction is less than that along the direction perpendicular to magnetic field, and the magnetically-induced strain hysteresis loop area is much smaller than that of magnetic field perpendicular to the stress. This provides some guidance for engineering application of ferromagnetic shape memory alloy.
