摘 要:针对实际应用中存在输入率可变、因服务出差错而导致顾客需要重新排队接受服务以及不同的顾客类需要不同的服务质量等现状,建立了输入率可变、有差错服务的优先排队模型.分别就"强占优先"与"非强占优先"两种服务规则进行了讨论,得出了强占优先系统中每一类顾客的服务时间分布,以及强占优先与非强占优先两种系统中每一类顾客的平均逗留时间、等待时间、队长及等待队长等指标,并用以逗留时间为例,指出了可以使用MathCAD程序计算出这些指标.最后,指出了模型在应用中的注意事项及要进一步解决的问题.Due to the queue phenomenon with variable input rate, re-queuing for errors in service and different customer needing different service quality, a model with variable input rate, errors in service and priority is established in this paper. Two service rules with pre- emptive priority and non-preemptive are discussed, and the following conclusions are drawn: the service time distribution of each type customer with the rules that preemptive priority, and the staying time in system, the waiting time in system, the queue length and the length of customers who are waiting in system etc indicators with the rules preemptive priority and non-preemptive, which could be calculated by the MathCAD program. At last, this paper points out the matters needing attention and the problems to be solved.
