摘 要:目的评价健康教育对广州市越秀区小学生甲型H1N1流感知识、态度、行为的影响,为学校预防甲型H1N1流感提供科学依据。方法整群随机抽取广州市越秀区1 032名小学生进行健康教育,于健康教育前、后分别采用自编问卷对其开展甲型H1N1流感知信行调查。结果甲型H1N1流感知识整体得分教育后高于教育前(P<0.01)。其中关于甲型H1N1流感传播途径、预防措施方面知识,经过健康教育后知晓率均显著提高(P值均<0.01);但在信念及行为方面教育前后改变不明显。结论健康教育能显著提高小学生的甲型H1N1流感相关知识水平。应促进开展持续、综合、科学的健康教育,并对健康教育的长期效果进行评价。Objective To evaluate the effects of health education on primary students" knowledge, attitudes as well as behaviors of the pandemic H1N1 influenza in Guangzhou. Methods By using the method of cluster sampling, health education was given to 1 032 students in primary schools in Guangzhou. A self-prepared questionnaire was used to make a research before and after the health education. Results The students scored higher on knowledge of the pandemic H1 N1 influenza than the period before the health education (P〈0. 01 ). Especially, the accuracy of routes of transmission and precautionary measures significantly increased after the health education. The grasp of belief and well-behavior did not change too much. Conclusion The health education can obviously improve the primary school students" understanding of the pandemic H1N1 influenza. We should boost the development of the continuous and scientific health education, moreover, have a evaluation of the long-term efforts of this education.
