摘 要:目的了解新疆生产建设兵团大中学生早餐行为现状,为制定学生营养改善计划及干预措施提供依据。方法采用北京大学儿童青少年卫生研究所编制的"中国青少年健康危险行为调查问卷",对整群分层随机抽取的新疆生产建设兵团19 120名大中学生早餐行为进行分析。结果大中学生基本不吃早餐占3.73%,很少吃早餐占21.57%,经常不吃早餐占74.63%,不同年级之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同类型学校学生基本不吃早餐行为顺位为普通高中(15.26%)>大专(6.57%)>职业高中(5.64%)>大学(4.29%)>重点高中(2.52%)>普通初中(0.88%)>重点初中(0.65%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。非住宿生天天吃早餐行为报告率为0.06%,住宿生为0。结论兵团大中学生经常不吃早餐行为较为普遍。中学生家长、普通学校高中生及住宿生是早餐行为重点干预人群。Objective To understand breakfast behavior among college and middle school students in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,and to develop specific student nutrition improvement strategies.Methods With cluster stratified random sampling method,a total of 19 120 students selected from 43 schools were surveyed by Health Risk Behavior Questionnaires for Chinese Adolescents designed by Institute of Child and Adolescent Health,Peking University,and their breakfast behavior were investigated and analyzed.Results About 74.63% of all the students often skipped breakfast,21.57% seldom ate breakfast,and 3.73% always skipped breakfast.Rate of skipping breakfast differed in grade and school type,with ordinary high school the highest(15.26%),followed by college(6.57%),vocational high school(5.64%),university(4.29%),key high school(2.52%),ordinary junior high school(0.88%),and key of junior high school(0.65%) the lowest.Only 0.06% of non-resident students ate breakfast every day,while no resident students had breakfast every day.Conclusion Skipping breakfast is a common habit among college and middle school students in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.Parents of middle school students,ordinary high school students and resident students should be the targeted intervention population.
