摘 要:目的通过观察高良姜总黄酮对脾胃虚寒型肠易激综合征的治疗作用及其对肠运动的影响。方法番泻叶水煎剂灌胃加四肢束缚应激建立脾胃虚寒型肠易激综合征大鼠模型,观察模型大鼠稀便级数和局部肠组织中生长抑素和血管活性肠肽的水平变化;采用碳末法观察高良姜总黄酮对正常大鼠小肠推进运动和新斯的明所致小鼠小肠运动机能亢进的影响。结果高良姜总黄酮可有效降低脾胃虚寒型肠易激综合征模型大鼠的稀便级数(P<0.01),且能降低其肠组织中生长抑素和血管活性肠肽的水平(P<0.01);能有效抑制正常大鼠的肠运动及新斯的明所致的小肠推进机能亢进。结论高良姜总黄酮可能通过降低脾胃虚寒型肠易激综合征大鼠结肠组织中生长抑素和血管活性肠肽水平进而显著抑制肠运动,并能抑制正常和药物所致的小肠运动功能亢进,从而改善失调的胃肠运动功能。AIM To study the therapeutic effect of total flavonoids from Alpinia officinarum Hance in rat with irritable bowel syndrome with spleen-stomach deficiency by means of intestinal motility.METHODS Rat model for irritable bowel syndrome with spleen-stomach deficiency was established by intragastric administration of Cassiae Folium and tied four limbs stress-induced loose stool and changes in somatostatin and vasoactive intestinal peptide in colon tissue were determined.Effects of total flavonoids from Alpinia officinarum on the small intestine carbon powder propulsion rate between normal mice and mice induced by neostigmine were detected.RESULTS Total flavonoids from Alpinia officinarum could effectively reduce the degree of diarrhea(P0.01) and the levels of somatostatin and vasoactive intestinal peptide in colon tissue(P0.01) and could inhibit the small intestinal propulsive motility in mice.CONCLUSION Total flavonoids from Alpinia officinarum may cure irritable bowel syndrome with spleen-stomach deficiency by lowering the levels of somatostatin and vasoactive intestinal peptide in colon tissue and decrease the gastrointestinal motility.
