复方雪莲胶囊中大苞雪莲内酯及其β-D-葡萄糖苷和大苞雪莲碱的LC-Q-TOFMS法鉴别

摘　　要：建立了液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱(LC-Q-TOF MS)法鉴别复方雪莲胶囊中的大苞雪莲内酯及其-D-葡萄糖苷和大苞雪莲碱。采用Zorbax RRHD C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱。质谱采用电喷雾离子化(ESI)源,以正离子模式采集MS与MS/MS信号。以去氢木香内酯和脯氨酸为参照物,鉴别雪莲花药材和复方雪莲胶囊中的大苞雪莲内酯及其-D-葡萄糖苷和大苞雪莲碱。A method of liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry （LC-Q-TOF MS） was established for the identification of involucratolactone, its β-D-glucoside and involucratine in compound Xuelian capsules. A Zorbax RRHD C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid by gradient elution. Electrospray ionization （ESI） source with positive mode was used in mass spectrometry. Both MS and MS/MS signals were acquired for all the analytes. The identification Saussureae involucratae crude drug and compound Xuelian lactone and proline. of involucratolactone, its β-D-glucoside and involucratine in capsules were achieved based on the study of dehydrocostus lactone and proline.
