摘　　要：眼部药动学是眼部给药系统的重要研究内容,眼部取样方法则是眼部动力学研究中的关键。本文综合了国内外近年来的文献报道,简介了眼部主要疾病及眼科新药,主要阐述眼部取样的各种方法及其优缺点。Ocular pharmacokinetics is a very important part of development of an ophthalmic delivery system. Sampling method is the key point in the study of ocular pharmacokinetics. Based on a literature review, the ocular diseases and novel ophthalmic drug delivery systems are briefly introduced. This paper puts emphasis on the review of different ocular sampling methods and their advantages and disadvantages.
