摘 要:随着城市经济的迅速发展,城市土地功能、人口密度及社会选择千差万别,以往依据"千人指标"规划城市基础设施存在局限性,"千人指标"适合均质建设用地情况使用,是基础设施宏观衡量参考的标准。城市环境卫生小型转运站分布则力求要在服务与需求之间找到平衡点,即确定依据人口密度、最低成本的小型转运站合理的优化服务半径,并应用GIS优化小型转运站空间分布,实现环卫设施空间布局定量分析,达到环卫设施的服务均好性。With the rapid development of urban economy, the land function, population density and social choices of city vary widely. It has some limitations that planning urban public infrastructure in accordance with "Thousands Indicators" before, which is suitable for homogenizing construction land, and also the reference standard of infrastructure services macro measurement.We should strive to find a balance between service and demand in the layout planning of urban residential solid waste small transfer stations. That is to say, we should determine the reasonable service radius of a small transfer station according to the population density and lowest cost, and then utilize the GIS to optimize the spatial distribution of the small transfer stations, in order to achieve a quantitative analysis of Sanitation facilities spatial layout and reach the best utilization of the Sanitation facilities services.
