摘 要:为探讨远红外纳米整理对棉针织物的保暖保健性能的影响,以平板保温仪和人体试验法对自制的远红外纳米纺织品进行了测试和评价,采用SEM表征了处理前后棉针织物表面的微观结构,EDS分析了整理后棉针织物表面的物相组成。结果表明:整理后的棉针织物表面呈现均匀的纳米粒子,EDS表明远红外纳米粒子是氧化锆;整理后的织物保温率得到较大提高;远红外纳米纺织品能改善人体体表微循环,提高体表温度,提高织物保温性,具有保健保暖效果。The aim of this paper was to research the effect of far-infrared nanometer finishing on the health protection and warmth retention properties of knitted cotton fabrics.The performance of far-infrared textiles was tested with flatplate warmth retaining tester and body warmth keeping testing.SEM was used to characterize the microstructure of the surface of the knitted cotton fabrics before and after treatment,and EDS was used to investigate the phase composition of the surface of the knitted cotton fabrics after treatment.The results showed that uniform nano-particles were observed on the surface of the finished knitted cotton fabrics.EDS analysis indicated that far-infrared nano-particles on the fabric surface was zirconia;and the warmth retaining ratio of the treated cotton fabrics significantly improved.Far-infrared textiles can improve the microcirculation of the human body and increase the skin temperature and hence have health promotion and warmth retention capacities.
