摘  要:棉精梳机高速运转时锡林梳理纤维造成棉纤维断裂和损伤,影响了精梳的梳理质量。因此,本文针对棉纤维的断裂损伤现象,在分析研究理想状态下棉精梳梳理时单纤维的平均梳理力和棉纤维断裂强力的基础上,建立棉精梳机的最高车速即"柔性精梳值"的计算模型;结合现场试验测试锡林梳理纤维前后的短绒含量变化,提出精梳"柔性精梳率"的概念,并提出"柔性精梳"的概念,即车速低于"柔性精梳值"且"柔性精梳率"在合理范围内的精梳梳理为"柔性精梳"。该研究可为新型高速棉精梳机研制及提高精梳质量提供理论依据。When cotton comber is carding at high speed,fibers damage and breakage will be caused by its cylinder carding,which influences the combing quality.Therefore,based on the analysis of average carding force of single fiber in the process of combing as well as the breaking strength of cotton fiber under ideal conditions,this paper,aiming at the cotton fiber breakage,constructs a maximum theoretical velocity model of cotton comber,i.e.calculation model of ″soft combing value″.And,combining with the field experiments,a new concept of ″soft combing ratio″ is proposed according to short fiber content variation before and after cylinder combing.In conclusion,the concept of ″soft combing″ is proposed,i.e.the combing that the speed of cotton comber is lower than the ″soft combing value″ and the "soft combing ratio" is in a reasonable range is defined as ″soft combing″.This study provides a theoretical foundation for the development of new type of high-speed cotton comber and the improvement of combing quality.
