摘 要:针对煤气化多联产系统中高温、高压合成煤气高温显热回收装置内气体辐射传热计算,由高温气体数据库HITEMP和HITRAN中获取煤气中各极性组分光谱辐射特性参数,使用一种新型宽带k分布模型计算出不同温度和压力下极性组分气体吸收系数,并进一步采用多项式拟合了吸收系数随温度变化函数,以便进行非等温和辐射平衡下的辐射传热计算。针对特定组分和压力下一维气体辐射传热的三个算例的计算结果表明,采用的宽带k分布模型计算的辐射热流分布误差约为逐线计算结果的15%,远低于全光谱k分布模型,且计算时间仅为逐线计算的0.02%,是适用于该类问题工程计算的,综合考虑计算精度和计算消耗的最优模型。This study focused on the calculation of gas radiation in a high-temperature heat recovery equipment for high temperature and high pressure syngas in coal polygeneration system.The spectral characteristic parameters of each component of the syngas were obtained from the high temperature gas database HITEMP and HITRAN.A new wide band k-distribution(WBK) model was used to calculate the coefficient of absorption under different temperature and pressure,and the results were interpolated to a polynomial function of temperature in order to calculate radiative heat transfer in the condition of non-isothermal and radiation equilibrium.Numerical results of three 1-D gas radiation heat transfer test examples indicate that the error of the radiative heat flux distribution obtained by the WBK model is about 15% based on the line-by-line results,which is much lower than the error of full spectral k-distribution.However,the time consumption of the WBK model is only 0.02% of the line-by-line model.Hence it is applicable for engineering calculation and is an optimal model considering both the accuracy and time consumption.
