摘 要:提出了用于螺旋折流板换热器壳侧阻力及换热性能预测的关联式,即通过一系列修正因子对流体掠过理想管束的阻力及换热关联式进行修正后获得具体换热器的阻力及换热性能参数,并基于Bell-Delaware方法,总结了用于螺旋折流板换热器的热力设计方法,该方法可用于螺旋折流板换热器的设计和校核。同时,选用一台螺旋折流板油冷器实际产品进行了实验测试,获得了其壳侧压降和总传热系数,并将测试获得的壳侧压降和总传热系数用于热力设计方法的校核,通过对比发现,所提出的热力设计方法可以基本满足工业设计的初步设计要求。Correlations for predicting flow and heat transfer characteristics at the shell side of a helical baffled heat exchanger were summarized by referring to relevant literatures.A series of correction factors were applied to flow and heat transfer correlation equations of ideal tube bank to obtain the shell-side pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient of specific helical baffled heat exchangers.Based on the correlations and Bell-Delaware method,a calculation method for shell-side flow and heat transfer performance was proposed,which can be used for the design and check of helical baffled heat exchangers.Meanwhile,the shell-side pressure drop and overall heat transfer coefficient of an actual oil cooler with helical baffles were tested and applied to the verification of the calculation method.Results show that the proposed design method can basically meet the requirements for engineering application.
