摘  要:通过砂型铸渗工艺,在中碳钢ZG270-500表面制备出纳米陶瓷颗粒增强高铬铸铁铸渗层,渗层与母材之间呈良好的冶金结合。结果表明:由铸渗层到母材,组织按以下顺序依次变化,高铬白口铸铁组织→过渡区魏氏组织→中碳钢铸态组织,铸渗层中碳化物周围发现有马氏体组织;加入纳米颗粒后,高铬铸铁组织晶粒得到细化,碳化物由紧凑网状分布向不连续的独立分布转变,基体的硬度得到提高;透射电镜结果表明,纳米颗粒作为第二相粒子弥散分布于奥氏体基体中,起到细晶强化和弥散强化作用。With the help of sand mould casting technique,the high-Cr white cast iron composite layer strengthened by nanometer ceramic particles was formed on the surface of the ZG270-500.From the cast infiltrate layer to the base metal,a good metallurgical bond was found between two layers,and organizations were observed in the following order:high-Cr white cast iron→Widmanstatten structure→medium carbon steel,martensite was found around carbide in the layer.After nano-powder was added,the as-cast microstructure was obviously refined,and reticular structure carbide could be inhibited or eliminated effectively.TEM results show that the nanometer particle were distributed in the matrix dispersedly as second phase,and played the role in fine-grained and dispersion strengthening.
