摘　　要：研究了某厂侧燃式与底燃式燃煤型壳焙烧炉。研究结果表明:底燃式炉比侧燃式节煤24%,炉膛内积灰量少,炉窑出口处炉气中的粉尘含量低,造价低35%;由燃煤改为燃气炉,底燃式极为方便,且改造费用仅为侧燃式改造费用的1/2。The bottom burning and side fired type coal-fired calcining furnace for investment casting shell mold was researched.The research results show that comparing with the side fired type furnace,the bottom burning furnace can save the coal 24％,the dust deposition in furnace tank is less,dust content of outlet furnace gas is low,and the cost is saved by 35％; the reformation from coal-fired furnace to gas furnace is very convenient for bottom buming furnace,the cost is 1/2 of the reformed cost of side fired furnace.
