摘　　要：针对离心复合高铬铸铁轧辊在热处理过程中辊身工作层出现大面积剥落,采用金相检验和化学分析的方法进行分析,提出了有效的改进措施,并成功投入使用,取得了良好的实践效果。Aiming to rolls working layer extensive spalling of centrifugal composite high chromium cast iron rolls during the heat treatment,metallographic examination and chemical analysis were carried out.And then the effective improvement measures were put forward and used successfully.Good practice effects were achieved.
