摘 要:河北某矿石矿物组成复杂,铁品位低。矿石中可回收的主要金属矿物为磁铁矿,且磁铁矿与钛铁矿、钛赤铁矿共生密切,钛铁分离较困难,同时,矿石中的含铁和易泥化脉石矿物较多,不利于铁的选别回收。本次试验采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别的工艺流程,通过粗磨磁选抛尾,粗精矿再磨再选,在一段磨矿细度为-200目46.91%,二段磨矿细度为-200目96.17%时,获得了铁精矿品位为65.75%、铁回收率为50.14%、尾矿磁性铁含量为0.92%、精矿磁性铁回收率为90.31%的选矿技术指标。The composition of A Iron Ore in Hebei Province is complex and it,s grade is low.It is difficult to separating Fe and Ti because magnetite which is main useful mineral is compact with ilmenite and hematite containing titanic.it is disadvantageous for recovering Fe because there many kinds mineral containing and gangue mineral.The index of is grade of Fe concentrate being 65.75,the recovery of Fe concentrate being 52.01,the content of magnetism Fe in tailing being 0.92%,the trcovery of magnetism Fe in concentrate being 90.31%are got on the condition of flowsheet of staggered grinding staggered magnetic separation,the gringing fineness of the first stage being 46.91%,the gringing fineness of the second stage being 96.17%.
