摘　　要：康熙时期清朝边民或因俄国引诱,或因捕猎放牧,或因逃避战祸及法律制裁等原因私自越境进入俄国境内,引发两国交涉。本文在已有研究的基础上,从涉外法律的角度,探讨了清朝交涉越境事件的法理依据、具体操作方式、实际效果等。In the Qing Dynasty,the inhabitants of border area crossed the boundary for various reasons.Some of them were induced by Russia,some of them came to Russia for hunting and graze,some of them came to Russia to escape the conviction,these events caused the negotiation between Russia and China,this article studies the legal basis,operation models and effects which those crossing border events brought.
