摘 要:为了解决近距离高瓦斯突出煤层开采瓦斯问题,文章以松河矿3号煤层开采为例,通过认真分析煤层及瓦斯赋存特点,采用穿层钻孔预抽、本煤层抽采、高位巷抽采、采空区埋管抽采、高位钻孔抽采、穿层钻孔拦截卸压瓦斯等瓦斯综合治理技术,使回采工作面得到了有效消突,上隅角瓦斯浓度稳定在0.43% ~0.58%,工作面瓦斯抽采率达到80%,解决了近距离高瓦斯突出煤层开采的瓦斯治理问题.In order to solve the gas problems of the mining operation in closed distance seam with high gas outburst,based on the mining in No.3 seam of Songhe Mine as a case,with a serious analysis on the seam and gas deposit features,the gas pre-drainage with the borehole through the strata,gas drainage of the mining seam,gas drainage in the high level gateway,gas drainage with pipeline buried in the goaf,gas drainage with high level borehole,pressure released gas intercepted with borehole through strata and other comprehensive gas control technology were applied to effectively eliminate gas outburst of the coal mining faee.The gas content at the upper comer stabilized at 0.43% ~0.58%,the gas drainage rate of the coal mining face reached 80% and the gas control problems of the mining operations in the closed distance seam with high gas outburst were solved.
