摘 要:通过对常规浮选机浮选入料中粗颗粒分选存在问题的分析,结合粗、细粒矿物浮选的特点,自行设计了宽粒级煤泥浮选机,并组建了宽粒级煤泥浮选试验系统,对屯兰选煤厂-1mm煤泥进行了浮选试验研究.结果表明,该浮选机在对1mm以下煤泥浮选时,浮选尾煤灰分可达55%以上,1~0.125mm粒级煤数量效率和可燃体回收率可达91.05%和84.81%,由此证明该宽粒级煤泥浮选机可对1 mm以下煤泥实现有效分选.With the analysis on the problems of the coarse particle separation existed in the floatation feeding of the conventional floatator,in combination with the floatation features of the coarse and fine particle minerals,a wide particle slime floatator was designed and a wide particle slime floatation experiment system was established.A flotation experiment study was conducted with-1 mm slime from Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant.The results showed that when the floatation with the slime particle below 1 mm,the ash content of the tailing from the floatation would be over 55% and the quantity efficiency and the flammable material recovery rate could be 91.05% and 84.81% individually.Thus all above results showed that the wide particle slime floatator would be the effective separation of the slime below 1mm.
