摘 要:煤炭行业的持续稳定发展,离不开一支优秀的技能人才队伍。而在技能人才队伍中,以高技能人才最为重要。高技能人才的分析和预测是煤炭企业实施和制定人才资源开发战略的重要前提,也是提高人才培训效益的有效途径。文章以淮北矿业集团为例,试图建立该企业高技能人才的系统动力学模型,从而对企业的高技能人才进行需求预测,为企业的"十二五"发展规划提供决策支持。A sustainable and stable development of a coal enterprise should not be without an excellent technical skill talent team.In the technical skill talent team,the high technical skill talent would be the most important.The analysis and prediction of the high technical skill talent would be the important premise to implement and establish the talent resource development strategy of the coal enterprises and would be the effective access to improve the talent training effect.Based on Huaibei Mining Group as a case,a systematic dynamics model of the high technical skill talent was tried to be established by the enterprise,thus a demand prediction could be conducted on the high technical skill talent of the enterprise and could provide a decision support to the "12th Five Years" development planning of the enterprise.
