摘　　要：实证研究和统计分析显示,明代中后期太仆寺的财政支出经历了一个支出项目由单一到多样、支出规模由小到大、支出结构由简单到复杂的变化过程。在此过程中,作为太仆寺唯一正项支出的购买马匹,在太仆寺财政支出中的地位呈持续下降趋势,至嘉靖末已丧失主体地位,至万历中后期其地位已无足轻重。太仆寺的各项非正项支出,实质上是太仆寺对中央其他部门的财政接济,其在太仆寺财政支出中的地位变化与正项支出刚好相反。这种此消彼长的变化趋势表明,太仆寺的财政渐由马政财政转变为朝廷的"应急财政",其性质发生了根本变化,且对明代中后期的国家财政产生了越来越大的影响。The empirical study and the statistical analysis showed that the fiscal expenditure of the Taipusi had experienced a process which items of expenditure from single to multiple,expenditure scale from small to large and expenditure structure from simple to complex.This shift trend indicated that the finances of the Taipusi had become 'emergency finances' of the central government,which produced an increasing impact on the national finances in the late Ming Dynasty.
