摘　　要：目的拓展医院财务人员的职能。方法通过建立健全财务联络员制度和财务经理人制度,为医院财务人员开辟了全新的工作领域。结果医院财务人员的能力得到全面提升,并为医院精细化管理做出重大贡献。结论财务联络员制度和财务经理人制度有效地拓展了医院财务人员的职能,可以作为财务科的品牌来长期培养和发展。Objectives To broaden the functions of financial staff in hospital.MethodsBrand-new working fields were found for financial staff by establishing and completing financial liaison system and manager system.ResultsFinancial staff comprehensively improved their skills,and contributed remarkably to the hospital＇s specified management.ConclusionsFinancial liaison system and manager system effectively broadened financial staff＇s functions,and can be cultivated and developed as a brand activity for financial department.
