摘　　要：采用TOFD检测技术对一台厚壁高强钢球罐进行检测,检出了大量内部埋藏裂纹,分析了裂纹产生的原因并提出检验对策,表明厚壁高强钢球罐制造安装监检和定期检验时都可采用TOFD技术检测焊缝埋藏缺陷。One large wall thickness and high-strength steel Spherical tank was detected by TOFD technique, and a large number of internal cracks were found. The cause of the crack was to be analyzed and the inspection countermeasure was proposed. The TOFD technique should be used in the supervision inspection and regular inspection of large wall thickness and high-strength steel Spherical tank.
