改良推拿手法治疗髌骨软化症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察技术改良后的手法II(改善髌骨下骨骨板压力刺激为主)治疗髌骨软化症的疗效。方法:将100例髌骨软化症患者随机分为两组:普通手法I组(对照组)50例和改良技术后的手法II组(治疗组)50例。治疗2周后分别观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床治愈40例,好转10例,治愈率为80%;对照组临床治愈32例,好转18例,治愈率为64%,两组有效率存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:技术改良后的手法II治疗髌骨软化症有良好的疗效,治愈率明显优于对照组。This study was aimed to observe technical improvements of the approach II（to mainly improve the patella bone plate under pressure to stimulate） in the treatment of chondromalacia patella.A total of 100 chondromalacia patellae cases were randomly divided into two groups,which are group I（control group） with 50 cases treated with normal manipulation technique and group II（treatment group） with 50 cases treated with improved Tuina manipulation.Clinical efficacy was observed after 2 weeks of treatment.The results showed that 40 cases in the treatment group were cured,10 cases were improved,and the cure rate was 80%.In the control group,32 cases were cured,18 cases were improved,and the cure rate was 64%.There were significant differences between two groups（P 0.05）.It was concluded that the technical improved approach II treatment of chondromalacia patella have a good effect.The cure rate is obviously better than the control group.
