摘 要:目的了解弓形虫感染对糖尿病鼠肾脏功能的影响。方法取OLETF鼠20只,分为实验组和对照组(各10只)。于30周龄时实验组每鼠感染106个弓形虫速殖子(0.1ml),对照组注射等量生理盐水。分别于30、32、34、36、38、40周龄时取血,采用全自动生化分析仪测定肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、肌酸激酶(CK)、总胆固醇(CH)、甘油三脂(TG),采用免疫浊度法测定纤维蛋白原含量;收集鼠尿,采用双缩脲法测24h尿蛋白,判断弓形虫感染对糖尿病鼠肾脏功能的影响。结果弓形虫感染组OLETF鼠34、36、38、40、周龄时的血肌酐与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t34=3.3750,t36=4.6512,t38=6.2637,t40=6.6747,均P<0.01),尿素氨差异有统计学意义(t34=6.8198,t36=4.0757,t38=4.2556,t40=4.5844,P<0.05或P<0.01);36、38、40周龄时的血纤维蛋白原与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t36=3.0710,t38=4.2111,t40=3.8726,P<0.05或P<0.01);38周龄时的24h尿蛋白与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t38=2.2483,t40=5.1645,P<0.05或P<0.01);尿酸、肌酸激酶、总胆固醇及甘油三脂两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论弓形虫感染加重糖尿病OLETF鼠肾功能损害,采取有效措施防止弓形虫感染可保护糖尿病鼠肾脏功能。Objective To study the effects of toxoplasmosis on the kidneys of diabetic OLETF rats.Methods Twenty OLETF rats were randomly divided into two groups,an infection group and a control group(10rats per group).The infection group was injected with 106 Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites per rat at 30weeks of age,and the control group was injected with isotonic(normal)saline.An automated biochemical analyzer was used to measure the following items at 30,32,34,36,38,and 40weeks of age:serum creatinine(sCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),creatine kinase(CK),cholesterol(CH),and triglycerides(TG).Fibrinogen was measured via immunoassay and 24-h urine protein was measured using the biuret method to determine the effects of toxoplasmosis on the kidneys of diabetic OLETF rats.Results Compared to diabetic OLETF rats in the control group,the infection group had greatly elevated sCr(t34 =3.375,P=0.0034;t36 =4.6512,P=0.0002;t38 =6.2637,P=0.0000;t40 =6.6747,P=0.0000)and BUN(t34 =6.8198,P= 0.0000;t'36 =4.0757,P0.05;t'38 =4.2556,P0.05;t'40 =4.5844,P0.05)starting in week 34.Fibrinogen increased starting in week 36(t36 =3.071,P=0.0066;t38 =4.2111,P=0.0005;t40 =3.8726,P=0.0048)and urine protein increased starting in week 38(t38 =2.2483,P=0.0296;t40 =5.1645,P=0.0001).There were statistically significant differences in sCr,BUN,fibrinogen,and urine protein by week 40(P0.05or P0.01).There were no statistically significant differences(P0.05)in UA,CK,CH,or TG.Conclusion Toxoplasmosis increased kidney damage in diabetic OLETF rats.Kidney function can be protected by reducing infection with effective treatment.
