摘  要:目的了解当前我国各级疾控机构寄生虫病防治人员的蠕虫检测能力,以促进寄生虫病检测整体实力的提升。方法 2012年5月以省(区、市)为单位,每省选送4名各级疾控机构的在职专业技术人员(未参加2011年竞赛,年龄≤45周岁,县级至少2名),竞赛内容包括粪便标本改良加藤厚涂片制作(制片)和常见蠕虫(血吸虫、蛔虫、鞭虫、蛲虫、华支睾吸虫和肺吸虫等)虫卵镜检鉴别两部分。结果来自30个省(市、区)120名参赛选手的平均成绩为6.9分(满分10分),及格102人,占85.00%,较2011年有所下降(P<0.05);常见蠕虫镜检成绩平均为23.0分(满分50分),及格人数38人,占31.67%,较2011年有所上升(P<0.05)。蠕虫平均检出率为53.38%,最低的带绦虫和布氏姜片虫为48.51%和39.08%。不同性别、年龄、职称、来源单位级别和地区的参赛人员之间成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);有血吸虫病防治任务的省(市、区)参赛选手粪便标本片制作和镜检读片成绩均好于无血吸虫病防治任务的地区(P<0.05)。结论各级疾控机构的在职专业技术人员寄生虫病检测总体水平不高,且对不同虫种的检测能力差别明显。需在加强对重点寄生虫病认识的前提下,通过有针对性地开展人才培养和技术储备来强化寄防队伍的建设。Objectives To determine the overall proficiency with which personnel at different levels detect helminths at institutions working to control parasitic diseases and to improve the overall ability to detect helminthiasis.Methods Competitors were teams of 4personnel from institutions to control parasitic diseases in each province(competitors had not participated in the 2011competition,45years of age,and at least 2were from county-level institutions).The competition included preparing slides of stool samples using the Kato-Katz method and identifying common helminth eggs(Schistosoma japonicum,Ascaris lumbricoides,Trichuris trichiura,Enterobius vermicularis,Clonorchis sinensis,and Paragonimus westermani)using microscopy.Results One hundred and twenty competitors from 30provinces had an average score for slide preparation of 6.9points(perfect score:10.0points).One hundred and two of the competitors passed,accounting for 85.00%.This figure decreased from the passing rate in 2011.The average score for microscopic identification of common helminth eggs was 23.0points(perfect score:50.0points).Thirty-eight competitors passed,accounting for 31.67%.This figure increased from the passing rate in 2011(P0.05).The rate of helminth detection was 53.38% on average,but Taenia soliumand Fasciolopsis buski were detected at the low rates of 48.51% and 39.08%.Competitors did not differ significantly(P0.05)in terms of gender,age,job title,institutional level,or district(P 0.05).Competitors from provinces engaged in schistosomiasis control had better results(P0.05)for slide preparation and microscopic identification of common helminth eggs compared to competitors from other provinces.Conclusion The overall level of proficiency at detecting parasitic diseases was low.Furthermore,results indicated significant differences in proficiency at identifying different species of parasites.Therefore,awareness of key parasitic diseases must be heightened,a targeted approach to training personnel should be adopted,
