摘 要:污染场地数据库系统建设是实现国家污染场地管理的重要内容。发达国家对污染场地的管理起步较早,已逐渐在污染场地分类机制的基础上形成了各自的污染场地管理体系,并建立了污染场地数据库与信息管理系统,使污染场地的管理逐步走向规范化、信息化。我国污染场地管理工作尚处于初级阶段,污染场地数据库与信息管理系统建设还有待深入探讨和研究。详细阐述了美国、加拿大污染场地数据库系统构建思路,在分析国内污染场地信息管理系统现状的基础上,探讨其对我国污染场地数据库和环境管理信息系统建设的重要借鉴意义。Construction of contaminated sites database system is an important content of contaminated sites management on the nationwide level.The research of contaminated sites management in developed countries started early,their respective management systems of contaminated sites based on classification mechanism had been gradually formed,and databases and information management systems of contaminated sites had been constructed,facilitating the normalized and digitized management of contaminated sites.In China,such work is still in initial stage,and there is a need to further study and explore the construction of corresponding databases and information management systems.The construction approaches of database systems of contaminated sites in USA and Canada were explained,and their revelation for construction database and information management system of contaminated sites in China investigated,on the basis of an analysis of current domestic research status.
