摘　　要：随着煤炭大基地、大集团的建设加快,煤炭企业集团经营领域、规模的扩大,加强集团管控能力成为煤炭企业集团的迫切需要,本文从集团管控常见问题入手,从法人治理结构、生产要素协同等方面就如何加强集团管控进行了探讨。As the construction of large - scale coal bases and group is speeding up, coal group business are- as is expanding, it becomes the urgent needs of the coal group to strengthen the group control ability. This article, starting from the common problems of the group control, discusses how to strengthen the group con- trol ability from the aspects of the corporate governance structure and factors of production.
