公共领域的扩张与“民本式民主”——以江门市骏景花园小区业主维权为例

摘　　要：改革开放以后社会公共空间逐步开放,业主维权运动开始兴起并成为探索中国市民社会建构和民主发展的学术试验场。小区公共领域成长,公共利益扩大,但积极的业委会,与大部分意愿未得到充分表达的业主的沉默消极,形成了鲜明对比。业委会特殊的选举和运作方式,展现了一种独特的民主——"民本式民主"。其可能是公民社会空间被打开过程中公民民主自治发展初期的一个否定式推进环节。Since the gradual opening of social public sphere, the house owner＇s rights protection movement began to rise and become Chinese academic experimental ground to explore the construction of civil society and democratic development. In this process, the public interest and public sphere expand, however, the enthusiasm of the house owner＇s right protection committee contrasts sharply with the silence of most house owners. The special mode of the ballot of the committee displays a distinctive style of democracy, that is, people-oriented democracy, which might be a negative promoting link in the initial period of citizen democratic autonomy development.
