摘　　要：目的系统评价刺五加注射液治疗失眠的疗效与安全性。方法检索MEDLINE、EMbase、CBM、CNKI、维普及万方数据库,纳入刺五加注射液治疗失眠的随机对照试验(RCT),按照纳入与排除标准选择试验、评价质量和提取有效数据,而后采用RevMan 5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10个RCT,781例患者,其方法学质量评价均为B级。Meta分析结果显示:①治疗失眠的临床有效率:刺五加注射液组高于对照组[OR=9.80,95%CI(6.10,15.75),P<0.001];②用药后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分改善情况:刺五加注射液组优于对照组[OR=-4.14,95%CI(-8.06,-0.22),P<0.001];③不良反应:两组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论刺五加注射液治疗失眠有效,安全性高。Objective To assess the effect and safety of acanthopanax senticosus injection on insomnia.Methods Randomized controlled trials （RCTs） of the effect of acanthopanax senticosus injection on insomnia were identified and assessed by searching MEDLINE,EMbase,CBM,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data.According to the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions,RevMan 5.1 was used to undertake Meta analysis.Results 10 triMs （781 cases） were included.Meta-analysis showed that compared with control group,acanthopanax senticosus injection group had better effect on insomnia [OR =9.80,95 ％ CI （6.10,15.75）,P ＜ 0.001],and the PSQI score was better[OR =-4.14,95％ CI（-8.06,-0.22）,P ＜ 0.001].No serious adverse drug reaction was found in the two groups.Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus injection is effective and safe for the treatmem of insomnia.
