摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在临床治疗过程中的作用。方法结合1例冠心病合并免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的过敏体质患者的治疗,介绍临床药师干预与优化治疗方案的过程与方法。结果临床药师通过药学干预,完善了药物治疗方案,减少了药物不良反应,避免了过敏反应的发生,保证了药物治疗的有效性和安全性。结论临床药师的参与对提高临床医疗水平、保障患者的生命安全具有重大意义。Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the course of clinical treatment.Methods Based on the treatment for a patient with coronary heart disease and immune thrombocytopenic purpura and allergies,to introduce process and methods of clinical pharmacists interventions and optimizing treatment regimens.Results Clinical Pharmacists optimized drug treatmem programs,reduced the side effects of drugs,avoided the occurrence of allergic reactions to ensure the effectiveness and safety of drug treatments through pharmaceutical interventions.Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists is of great significance to improve the clinical therapeutic level and protect the safety of the lives of patients.
