特比萘芬联合复方酮康唑软膏治疗股癣的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察特比萘芬联合复方酮康唑软膏治疗股癣的临床疗效。方法选取96例股癣患者,随机分成3组,每组32例,分别用特比萘芬软膏、复方酮康唑软膏及两药联合应用,观察三组患者的临床疗效。结果各组治疗2周后,临床症状均有所缓解,两药联合应用组总有效率(71.87%)明显高于特比萘芬软膏组(53.12%)和复方酮康唑软膏组(56.25%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两药联用治疗股癣疗效显著,且明显优于其他两组。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of terbinafine ointment combined with compound ketoconazole ointment on jock itch.Methods 96 patients with jock itch were divided into three groups,32 cases in each group.Terbinafine ointment,compound ketoconazole ointment,terbinafine ointment combined with compound ketoconazole ointment were given respectively.Results After two weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms of the three groups were all improved.The total efficiency rate of combination group （71.87％） was higher than those of terbinaline ointment group（53.12％） and compound ketoconazole ointment group（56.25％） （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Terbinafine ointment combined with compound ketoconazole ointment has better effect on jock itch than those of terbinafine oinment and compound ketoconazole oinment respectively.
