加强病房药房裸片药品的管理确保患者用药安全

摘　　要：目的 规范病房药房裸片药品的管理,确保药品质量.方法 将病房药房容易受储存环境影响的12种裸露片进行4种不同储存容器内的稳定性试验,药片从原装药盒剥开后,立即分别储存于具有干燥、密闭和避光功能的容器如德巴金（丙戊酸缓释片）药瓶内（试验A组）、具有密闭和避光功能的容器如整肠生药瓶内（试验B组）和开放容器如塑料临时摆药杯（试验C组）；其他用量大的裸片放置于避光密封的LOCK盒中（试验D组）.标准组为对应品种储存于原包装内的药片.每天记录药房的温度和湿度,观察裸片药品的外观形状变化.试验时间为1个月.结果 试验温度24 ～ 25℃,相对湿度60％±5％：外观形状开始改变时间：C组裸片＜4d,其中替米沙坦片（美卡素）和半片的丙戊酸钠糖衣片2h内就吸湿变黏变硬,B组裸片＜14d,A组和D组中裸片试验期间外观形状均没有变化.结论 裸片储存于具有遮光、密闭和干燥功能的容器中可以保证药品的稳定性,从而减少病房备药频率、节省备药时间,提高工作效率,节省人力,减少医院药品浪费.Objective To standard the non-blister-packed tablets management in inpatient pharmacy,ensure the quality of medicines.Methods 12 kinds of non-blister-packed tablets that easily affected by storage conditions were selected in inpatient pharmacy; then they were stored in 4 different containers for stability test：tablets baring from original kit were respectively stored in drying,closed and shading container,such as depakine bottle（valproic acid sustained-released tablet） （test group A） ;stored in closed and shading container,such as bacillus licheniformis bottle（test group B） ; and in open container,such as plastic temporary dispensing cup（test group C） ;other non-blister-packed tablets which consumption was large were stored in shading and closed LOCK box （test group D）.The standard group was blister-packed tablets.The daily pharmacy＇s temperature and humidity were recorded,and the non-blister-packed tablets＇ appearance of shape changes was observed for one month.Results Test temperature was 24 ～25 ℃,relative humidity was 60％ ＋5％ ;the time of appearance began to change：test group C ＜4 d,of which the telmisartan tablets（micardis） and half of sodium valproate tablets began adhesive and hardens within 2 h;test group B ＜ 14 d;no change was observed in group A and group D during the test.Conclusion Non-blister-packed tablets stored in shading,closed and drying containers can guarantee the stability of medicine,reduce the frequency of drug preparation,save drug preparation time,improve work efficiency to save manpower,reduce the waste of hospital medicine.
