摘 要:针对青海地区不同类型的土壤进行放线菌的分离、筛选。结果表明,10-3倍土壤稀释浓度为分离放线菌的最佳土壤稀释浓度;重铬酸钾是一种高效、方便、廉价的杂菌抑制剂,共筛得102株形态各异的放线菌,有32株菌分别对9种指示菌有较强的拮抗性,26株对不同细菌有较强抑菌活性,6株对真菌有抑菌活性,其中第24号放线菌对不同的指示菌的拮抗性最好。Actinomycetes in different types of soil from Qinghai Area were isolated and screened. The results showed that the best soil diluted concentration for separating A ctinomyces was 10-3 times. Heavy chromic acid potassium was a kind of high efficient ,convenient ,inexpensive, mixed bacteria inhibitors,and 102 strains Actinomycetes with different morphology were screened,in which 32 strains had stronger mineralocorticoid resistance on 9 indication bacteria respectively,26 strains had a inhibitor on different bacteria,6 strains had antibacterial activity on fungus ,the mineralocorticoid resistance of 24th A ctinomrcetes was the best for different instructions.
