农业科技专家大院评价指标体系探析

摘　　要：通过分析相关文献,总结了目前农业技术推广评价在评价指标选取与研究视角2个方面取得的成果,并以此作为构建农业科技专家大院评价指标体系的依据和借鉴。然后,基于企业绩效管理中的平衡计分卡思想,同时考虑农技推广机构与农户2个角度,以顾客、业绩、内部管理、学习与创新为4个维度,设置了推广对象满意度、推广效益等6个一级指标,农户满意度、涉农组织满意度等10个二级指标,龙头企业满意度、一般农户满意度等22个三级指标,并在最后提出了计算公式。The results of current agricultural technology promotion evaluation obtained in the two aspects of the evaluation indicators selection and research perspective were summed up by analyzing the relevant literature, and as a basis to build on agricultural expert evaluation index system. Then ,based on the enterprise performance management balanced scorecard ,thinking two angles of agricultural extension agents and farmers ,taking into account the four dimensions of customer, performance ,internal management ,learning and innovation, 6 first-level indicators （such as promoting the object satisfaction,promotion efficiency,etc. ）, 10 second-level indicators （farmers＂ satisfaction,agricu/ture-related organizations satisfaction,etc.）and 22 three-level indicators （satisfaction of the leading enterprises, the satisfaction of general farmers, etc. ）were set up, and the final formula was proposed.
