摘 要:对于长期运行轻载的电机,效率和功率因数都会大幅降低,导致电机和拖动设备系统损耗增加。针对压铸机原配套电机进行现场测试发现,其工作一个周期中大部分时段处于空载状态,最大冲击负载仅为45%。采用更换与之实际工况匹配的高效电机,现场应用后实际节电约4.7%,投资回收期合理。For long-running light load, the motor efficiency and power factor would be reduced, increasing the loss of motor and drag system. For the original equipment motor of the die-casting machine, one cycle of its work was most in the empty state, and the maximum impact load was only 45%. Used the high efficiency motor of the matching actual working conditions to replace the original motor. The actual power saving was about 4.7% after actual field application, and the payback period was reasonable.
