摘 要:轴向磁场磁通切换型永磁(AFFSPM)电机是一种新型结构的定子永磁型双凸极电机。分析了AFFSPM电机结构和工作原理,确定了矢量控制系统方案,给出了采用无刷直流控制方式起动时寻找转子零点位置的方法。针对AFFSPM电机定位力矩对系统性能的影响,建立了AFFSPM电机控制系统仿真模型。以一台三相12/10极AFFSPM电机为样机,进行了AFFSPM电机矢量控制的无刷直流方式起动,空载和负载调速试验。试验结果表明,AFFSPM电机矢量控制系统具有良好的起动、调速性能及较好的抗负载扰动能力。Axial field flux-switching permanent magnet (AFFSPM) motor is a new kind of doubly-salient motor with permanent magent in stator. The structure and principle of AFFSPM motor were analyzed, and rotor field oriented vector control was used in the motor. The brushless DC motor control strategy was adopted to detect the rotor zero- crossing point. The simulation model of vector control system for AFFSPM motor was buih by using the MATLAB/ Simulink, and the influence of the cogging torque on the operation performance was discussed. With a three-phase 12/lO-pole AFFSPM motor as a prototype, the starting-up experiment based on the brushless DC motor control mode was done, and the speed-regulation characteristics under the no-load and load were investigated. The resuhs showed that the vector control system of the AFFSPM motor had the good starting and speed regulation performance, as well as anti-load-disturbane performane.
